At Meerklussen.nl we treat your data the same way we treat your jobs: no small print, no surprises. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what your rights are.
1. Who are we?
Meerklussen.nl is a trading name of The Online Motion L.L.C-FZ, registered at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Trade License No. 2422590.01). We are the data controller for the processing described in this policy.

2. What data do we collect?
- When you fill in a form (contact or free website scan): your name, phone number, email address, company name and website address, plus whether you prefer WhatsApp or a call.
- When you message or call us: your phone number and the content of the conversation.
- When you visit our website (only with your consent through the cookie banner): information about your visit, such as pages viewed, clicks, device and approximate location.
3. What do we use your data for?

4. Cookies and similar techniques
On your first visit we ask, through the cookie banner, what you are comfortable with. If you choose "Necessary only", we place no analytics or marketing cookies. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

5. Who do we share your data with?
We never sell your data. We do use a number of services (processors) to do our work. We have a data processing agreement in place with every one of them:
- HubSpot and LeadConnector (GoHighLevel) — customer management, forms and follow-up
- Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads) — statistics and advertising
- Microsoft (Clarity) — website usage analysis
- Meta — advertising
- Hostinger — website hosting
Some of these parties process data outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. That happens on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
6. How long do we keep your data?
- Requests and quotes that do not lead to us working together: no more than 2 years after the last contact.
- Customer data: for the duration of the collaboration and afterwards as long as needed for our administration and statutory retention duties (invoices: 7 years).
- Statistics: according to the settings of the service in question (GA4: 14 months).
7. Your rights
You may at any time: see your data, have it corrected or deleted, withdraw your consent, object to a particular use, and request a copy to take with you (data portability). Email info@meerklussen.nl — we respond within 30 days.
Unhappy with how we handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
8. Changes
We may update this policy, for instance if we start using different services. The latest version is always on this page, with the date at the top.
